Just got home with a great workout session with Daniel Hamilton. I have not worked with a personal trainer before and Daniel was comprehensive, compassionate, prepared, professional, informative and just plain nice. This will make it a lot easier to stay on a workout plan. Thanks, Dan.
Just had another great workout with Daniel Hamilton. My dancing is good for my mind, these workouts are great for my body. Obviously they both are interchangeable, but that is how I personally see them. It feels good to do something good for me.
Ann Francis today’s workout…..was GREAT! I swear, Daniel Hamilton comes up with some really great stuff. We haven’t done the same workout yet, he changes it up and goes by how I am feeling from the last workout. Now that’s personal.
My previous posts are in order but didn’t happen all in one day. I didn’t realize that Dan had this awesome website for me to post my comments on. I was just so excited to have found such a great trainer that I have been posting on my facebook to share my excitement, so when I saw that I could post them here too, I copied and pasted previous comments.

another great workout with Daniel Hamilton. The first session I couldn’t do lunges on a bosu ball, today I could. That’s measurable progress!! And here is another good reason for a personal trainer, my back was feeling strained while doing an exercise and he modified it so that I didn’t injure myself. That’s helpful. Without him I most likely would have injured myself by pushing myself through it.
